40 sit ups,
30 kettlebell swings 53/35lbs,
20 box jump 20″,50 double unders,
40 squats, 30 deadlifts 225/155lbs and 20 pullups.
WOW I forgot how hard this was. My pull ups with the bands took 4 minutes~~~
