    did this one today. Did it with 85lbs. (10 shy of Rx) 22:58. felt like i was in a steam bath it was so humid in the box today. enjoy.

    It was a bit humid. THe SDLHP were the killer at 55 lbs. 14:57 I think

    Nice one Maria. I don’t like being the first to do a WOD. I like picking a time that someone else put up, then trying to match it or beat it.

    Goal was sub 30′:

    10 Rounds with 45kg (99lbs) in 29:12min. Next time sub 25′ 🙂
