“Test 3”

Tabata Squat
Max reps of Muscle-ups in 4 minutes

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by
10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the
least number of reps performed in any of the 8 intervals.
Begin time for Muscle-ups immediately following the last
10 second rest interval. Test score equals Tabata score
multiplied by number of Muscle-ups completed.

    Hi everyone back at CF Scranton! Back at it today. Todays wod: 3 rounds:15 one arm KB swing(35 lb each arm), 10 one arm thrusters(40lb each arm), 5 turkish getups(35lb each arm). This was one of those sounds easy but it’s not deals! Time:17:07. A very good workout. The old man can’t fall too far behind all you young guns while I’m on vacation! Thanks Tom. Killer wod tomorrow. I’ll let you know how I do after I scrape my lungs up off the stairs.
