    I’ll deffinatley have to do this one on Friday. I ran the 400m & the 4X400m relay once upon a time. it will be an interesting new perspective. can’t wait…

    13:02. This was my first time with this one. despite the jello in my legs, i know this pain is only temporary. a whole new set of aches and pains will start bright and early tomorrow morning.
