    Had to struggle through this WOD… hell…!!! I don’t know why the bottle neck was not as expected legs or shoulders but the lower back. Maybe after-effects from the Snatch Grip deadlifts… anyway I’m such a chucklehead I forgot my rope at home for the DU’s so I replaced it with tuck jumps:

    21 thrusters 75lbs as rx’d
    21 tuck jumps

    Time: 18:32min (badest time ever for this wod)

    Your right Maria this is one of the most painfol WOD’s ever….I saw pukie!!!! PETE!!!! Punished the DU’s today find a new nemisis!! Stefan I’m with ya bro, I’m sooooo sore form Snatch Grip Deadlift!!! Tuck Jumps ouch!! They are so painfull!!! The only bad time is 0:00 right bro…nice work!!!
