    2 things I found out tonight. 1) Stainless steel plates are not as big as bumper plates and 2) Stainless steel plates are heavier than bumper plates. I swear!!!

    That’s just the way I roll. Your handstand push-ups were a lot better than mine so as far as I’m concerned you got me on this one buddy.
