    Awesome! As many times as I’ve watched this video, I have never actually done the WOD. This video was what convinced me and a lot of others CrossFit was for us!

    Hi Tommy. I’ll be coming back when you are going out for your surgery. Can’t to get back and have you back too!!
    I don’t have the rings (not yet! haha) for muscle up, what’s the substitution for it?

    Maria The sub for one MU is 4 dips and 4 pull ups. You can do your dips on the edge of a box if you don’t have dip bars. Can’t wait for your return 🙂 I’m sure you’ll have rings by tomorrow hahaha
