Deadlift Progression

With a continuously running clock do one deadlift the first minute, two deadlifts

the second minute, three deadlifts the third minute…continue as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minuteĀ as needed.

    Kate is Frigging Superwoman!!!! Did Murph today with band pull ups: 1:04!!! This had to be the toughest WOD mentally to get through. Was hoping to get it done in under an hour but happy I finished it.

    OMG Maria..awesome!!! That is widely considered the toughest WOD along with Eva. Good luck with the deadlift WOD!

    Deadlift WOD: rx’d: 10 + 8. I haven’t been this sore in a while.

    That’s crazy Maria, everyone was saying the same thing today!!! I really don’t know if I’ve ever been this sore in so many muscles!!! Gotta love it!!
