    Hi Tommy. Did the WOD from 12/29: thrusters, walking lunge steps and front squats with DU’s in between. 16:09 rx’d
    Really miss doing FGB today!!

    I screwed up my time. I wish it was 16:09. It was 17:29. I only know how to subtract whole minutes~~hahha.sorry, Tommy

    I’m with you Maria…the subtracting seconds was super confusing hahaha!!! Great time!!! I gave Julie a plan for you to do FGB…definitely a good sub for row!! Single jump ropes and every 10 is a calorie or even doubles and 3 is a calorie…have fun!!!
