Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches m:75lb f:55lb

    Just got out of surgery. Triceps reattached. 12 week recovery. Can’t wait to get back.

    Dave – thank god it’s only your triceps, just think, you can still do air squats, lunges, box jumps and left arm bicep curls.

    What a great WOD this was. It’s easier to say that now than yesterday. I was never so tired after a work out, even after the Filthy, than yesterday. And it’s so much fun to workout with a great bunch of athletes. I’m hoping to get today’s WOD in at home.
