As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Wall Ball, Kettlebell Swing and Box Jump Ladder
Then when the 15 minutes is complete
30 Burpee Broad Jumps m:6′ f:4′
Score is last number of completed rounds in the AMRAP and total time
The ladder in the AMRAP is as follows: First round one rep of each exercise, second round two
of each exercise and so on.
