    Hey, I got a total of 6 MU’s. 4 on the first set and 2 on the second and I have the war marks to show for it. Those rings are demonic. I look like a stunt double for Rambo. I should get 3 extra MU’s for the adversity I faced during the WOD. I had lights busting over my head and distracting sweepers below me:0 I thought I was at a KISS concert. Tommy, Great job RXing that one.

    Explosions, background noise and adversity are perfect conditions for a hero wod. Training for the unknown and unknowable.
