    This is awesome! This might turn into one of my favorite WODs ever! Can’t wait to for work to end to get to CFS!

    Missed it because of court. But I’m going to give it a go at HQ tonight. Going to be tough without the energy of the Wolfpack behind me.

    Brickhouse Crossfit, Roanoke, VA: 3-3-3-3-3 Power Clean – 3RFT 20 Power Clean (135/95) and 400 M Run – time 12:30.
    Interesting idea: they have a whiteboard graphed out with all of the benchmark “girls”, oly lifts and some benchmark hero WODS with the top 3 male and female times for each one.

    Okay, did it at HQ. Ran on the treadmill and used a 35lb kettle ball. Time was 31:21
