    For those interested…
    I started some CrossFit Endurance Programming along with Tommy’s CFS Programming. Let me know if interested. Sonya and I have been working it in. Also, can program for all levels and events (Marathons, 5K, Triathlon, etc…).

    Also, looking to do a condensed running seminar during the week sometime. If interested, tell Tommy or myself.
