    Throw the bar over the pullup bars, alternating each side of the bar that you catch the ball on.

    Hi Tommy! 10:15 on yesterday’s WOD. box dips. Man I have to get rings for my house!! End of the year school party today–stop by for a drink with the South crew.
    If I don’t get to the box on Friday, I’ll be gone away from Saturday to Saturday to Disney with the family–God help me!! So, my next official wod might not be until June 20th.

    Busted this one out quick after a 2 hour drive to Fort Indiantown Gap. Outside 10″ pullup bar, homemade med ball (21.8#) and a narrow 22″ high platform on pullup station for box jumps. 7 rounds + 7 box jumps.
