    Mike, Nice job in the duathlon. Do you visit neparunner.com? It is a great source of local racing information and they have a great forum board. When iw as competing I was on there all the time, but since I went on sebatical I do not feel I deserve to visit the site. You on the other hand would be a great addition. Check it out if you haven’t already. P.S. Great job in the duathlon. 31st place is very impressive.

    Tommy, Before ripping down the board, try nail polish remover on the permanent marker.
    I didn’t think i was sore until I tried to walk after sitting for 3.5 in the car.
