    Missed this one, wonderIng what weight I could’ve ended up going with.

    Trained at CF Hershey;

    Learned a warm up exercise I’m bringing back with me called dead bugs.

    Skill/strength; 15 min to 1RM push jerk (from the rack) I finished with 195.
