“Tabata”
Tabata Kettlebell Hang Power Cleans m:35lb KB’s f:26lb KB’s
Rest one minute
Tabata Jumping Ring Dips
Rest one minute
Tabata Press m:55lbs f:35lbs
Rest one minute
Tabata Hollow Rocks
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Score is total reps

    332 Reps: 65/106/65/96 did the push press. I hope that was correct. Used 35 and 25 kb’s.

    Thanks, Dave. Press #’s definitely would be lower with the shoulder press. i’m going to do it again with the press and see how the #’s compare

    Tougher than expected… but tabatas seem to do that to me. but, it was fun to battle with Pirate and Yoda.
