    ALmost finished this wod, but popped my shoulder during last round of tu’s 5 of 9!! 16:25 on the clock. 25lbs.
    Did 4 rounds of 400 m run, 35 situps and 20 squats afterwards.

    10 single arm KB swings 20#

    20 Sit-Ups
    30 Sec backwards run

    Damn, I just check my time from the first time I did this WOD, over 20 minutes and I only used 15 pounds and did half the WOD. Did considerably better this time.
