Max reps in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

    Sorry TJ had some cherry pickin goin on haha think I got through to them 🙂 Breeze, thanks for the push, really don’t think I would have pushed hard enough to get 500 if you already hadn’t gotten it, that was a new pain zone, ouch!

    Hey for being a cherry picker, I liked the mystery. During the WOD, I had no thought on how much to do in grand total… I wanted to get 6 complete rounds in each round or as close as possible. i was surprised at the finish. Good work oh wise Yoda.
