Choose One:
53.5lb X 40 sets
35lb x 60 sets
26.5lb X80 sets
Women: 10,000lb
Choose One:
35lb x 40 sets
26.5lb X54 sets
20lb x 72 sets
17lb x 84 sets
Each set consists of 7 reps
You must alternate arms each set

TJ, you suck. I had it made up last night that I was going with the 35lb KB. But since I always wanted to be like you and your fellow stairwell gaurds, I will have to go with the 53lb KB. Thanks a lot buddy.
To be a stairwell guard you have to beat 14.13 and rip at least one callus.

Well TJ, I am not as good as you and I am not ready to be a stairwell guard. I did the 35lb KB and got it is 15:04. I am not worthy. This is almost like doing kettles and quarters.
Still a good effort! Have fun shoveling tomorrow.
