The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.

    Hitting the Tabata treadmill run today. Snowy roads.
    incline set at 10, set pace 30 secs slower than 5K time and have some Tabata fun.

    The Open is approaching!
