4 Rounds for Time of
10 Surrender Lunges(alternating legs) m:95lbs f:65lbs
20 Push Ups(hands on barbell)
40 Barbell Hops(every hop over barn equals one rep)

You must Clean and Jerk or Snatch the bar and then lower it
To the back rack position to complete then lunges
If dropped or set down you must repeat
