WOD:
For Time
50 Deadlifts m:135lbs f:95lbs
Then the athlete must strip bar to m:95lbs f:65lbs and then complete
50 Hang Power Cleans and
50 Shoulder to Overhead
At the top of the first minute and every minute after the athlete must complete 5 Burpees Over Bar
