    I was just checking to make sure I didn’t miss an announcement. Was there no 6am WOD today? I got to the building around 5:50am along with another woman and waited until 6:30am and no one showed. Again, just want to make sure I didn’t miss something.

    Come on people.. how come nobody comments on these workouts? People always used to comment, even when less people showed up for the WODs. It has been a long time since I did Helen, got a PR today.. 8:55 Rx

    Sorry TJ…after discussing with the coaches we thought an announcement would cover the bases cause we never had a 6 a.m. drop in, I now wish we had posted it!
    I wondered the same thing Zeus and can only figure that FB has taken over….also we can congratulate and trash talk at the parties cause there is a get together almost every night haha Ain’t no party like a Scranton party cause a Scranton party don’t stop!! I would be worried if the community wasn’t stronger than ever….CFS=family 🙂 now move back!!
