At the top of every minute for twenty minutes complete one Bear Complex.
Choose your weight.
If you cannot complete the reps within the minute continue as an AMRAP.
“Bear Complex”
Without setting down the bar complete a power clean then a thruster then
lower the bar to your back and do a back squat then a rack position push press
Post load and reps completed.
