“Bear Complex”

Without setting down the bar complete a power clean then a thruster then
lower the bar to your back and do a back squat then a rack position push press
repeat this for seven reps.

Do five rounds of this increasing the weight every round.

If you release from the bar even to regrip while it is on the floor complete
5 burpees.
