1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of
Bear Complex
Alternate with
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of
Burpees

Choose weight for the Bear Complex. All sets of the Bear Complex must be done unbroken. If set is broken it is a 3 Burpee buy back and you must start the set over.
