WOD:

“Death by Thrusters”

With a continuously running clock do one thruster the first minute, two thrusters

the second minute, three thrusters the third minute…continue as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Always something great happening at CFS. A huge congratulations to Timothy “Recruit” Drolet on re-enlisting in the USAF tonight during the 7pm class.
