100 Deadlifts

75 Back Squats

50 Floor Press

25 Hang Power Cleans

The goal is to complete this work in as few sets as possible. The exercises must be done in order, only moving on to the next exercise when the one you are on is completed. You have 30 minutes to complete the WOD.

Score is total rounds to complete the work. The less rounds the better.

You cannot rest the bar on your legs in the DL or the HPC.
