WOD:

15 minute TGU/KB Snatch ladder

1 Turkish Get Up /1 KB Snatch each arm
2 Turkish Get Ups/2 KB Snatch each arm
3 Turkish Get Ups/3 KB Snatch each arm
Etc…

Between each exercise complete 10 Waiter Lunge Steps (L+R=2) alternate as needed
