CrossFit Scranton WOD 4/1/14

“Cross Town”
50 Pull Ups
1.1 mile Run
100 Push Ups
1.1 mile Run
150 Squats

The first run will be done carrying a piece of equipment (kettlebell, bar, pvc, etc…) from our current location to our new location, 1541 Albright Avenue,
where you will do your Push Ups and then run back to complete your squats. Score is time and weight and equipment carried.

    No brother, right down the street. There’s also a Zumba studio on that street now, it’s like fitness row. Looking forward to your next visit so you can see it!
