    With a single 2 pood kettlebell:
    21 Turkish get-ups, Right arm
    50 Swings
    21 Overhead squats, Left arm
    50 Swings
    21 Overhead squats, Right arm
    50 Swings
    21 Turkish get-ups, Left arm

    Step overs are Rx Gina. Girls weight is 53 on the KB Ninja. Dave, I remember you and Pirate in the middle of the old gym chipping away at this WOD. You were the only two who could Rx when this WOD was first posted on main site, let’s see if more can Rx today.

    In the spirit of doing what I hate I did “Arnie”. I had to do those OHSquats, just because I hate them, see what you started Ninja? (It was greatly scaled but still the hardest version I could do.)
