WOD:
“Bad Meets Evil”
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
5 Back Squats
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
10 Back Squats
Add one round of 5-10-15 and 5 Back Squats after each cycle.

“Night Rider”
On The Minute x 15
Minute 1 – 20 Pull Ups
Minute 2 – 50 Double Unders
Minute 3 – Max rep Thrusters m:95lbs f:65lbs
Repeat.
