“Hot Sauce”

1 min Kettlebell Taters m:35lbs f:26lbs
1 min Toes Through Rings
1 min Weighted Walking Lunge Steps m:35lbs f:26lbs
1 min Russian Twists m:35lbs f:26lbs

Each round will be 6 minutes.
Rest the remainder of the round once the Row is complete.
Score is total reps of Taters, Toes Through Rings, Lunge and Twist.
