25 Hang Split Snatch m:95lbs f:65lbs
25 Bar Hops
25 Wall Ball Shots 10″ m:20lbs f:14lbs
25 Hang Split Cleans m:95lbs f:65lbs
25 Floor Press m:95lbs f:65lbs
25 Ring Rows

Rx Plus

“Alpha Dog”
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of
2 Strict Press
4 Push Press
6 Push Jerks
2 Strict Pull Ups
4 C2B Pull Ups
6 Pull Ups
m:115lbs f:75lbs
Barbell and bodyweight movements must be unbroken.
3 Burpee buy back and begin movement over.
