WOD:

“Happy Camper”

4 Rounds

1 min Kettlebell Swings m:53lbs f35lbs
1 min Burpees
1 min Taters m:53lbs f:35lbs
75 Double Unders

Each round will be 5 minutes.
Rest the remainder of the round once the Double Unders are complete.
Score is total reps of KB Swing, Burpees and Taters.

Rx Plus

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95-lb. squat cleans, 10 reps
10 dips
