“Snickerdoodle”
As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of
5 Hang Power Snatch m:95lbs f:75lbs
10 Push Ups
15 Bar Hops (L+R=1)

Rx Plus

For Time
“Bottoms Up!”
40 Cal Row
30 Burpee Pull Ups
25 Cal Row
20 Burpee Muscle Ups
15 Cal Row
10 Burpee Bar Muscle ups
All Muscle Up apparatus’ must be at 2″ above fully extended 2 arm reach.
