“Donny”

21-15-9-9-15-21 reps for time of:
225 pound Deadlift
Burpee

Rx Plus

“Squat Pockets”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of
5 Bodyweight Back Squats
Run 100 meters
10 Bodyweight Back Squats
Run 200 meters
15 Bodyweight Back Squats
Run 300 meters
Continue adding 5 Squats and 100 meters for the
20 min.
Bars will be from the power rack.
