WOD:

“Task Priority Tabata”

100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

Score will be total of Tabata rounds needed to complete the work. Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. You can rest during the 20 seconds but cannot work during the 10 second rest.
