10 Rounds
11 Bar Hops(L+R=1)
10 Toes to Bar
9 Deadlifts
8 Handstand Push Ups
7 Hang Power Cleans
6 Ring Dips
5 Front Squats
4 Burpees
3 Push Jerks
2 Muscle Ups
1 Bear Complex

Teams of two. One athlete woks at a time. Athlete #1 completes 11 bar hops, athlete #2 completes 10 toes to bar and they continue alternating until athlete #1 completes 1 bear complex, this will be one round. Then athlete #2 will start at the top with 11 bar hops.
Continue until 10 total rounds are completed.
