WOD:
“The Chief”

Max reps in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Rx Plus

“Comin’ in Heavy”
For 16 minutes perform:
Min 1: 20 Burpees
Min 2: 5 Muscle-ups
Min 3: 10 Front Squats m:135lbs f:95lbs
