“Fade to Black”
Every 1 min for 20 mins: Deadlifts, Hang Power Cleans and Front Squats
Every 1 min for 20 mins do:
15 Deadlifts, pick load
10 Hang Power Cleans, pick load
5 Front Squats, pick load

Choose weight hand if you fail to complete the reps within the minute continue as an AMRAP.image
