“Tabata” – Row (calories)s, Toes-to-bars, Wall Balls, 2 and more : 4 x 40 secs / 20 secs

Tabata Wall Ball, 20/14 lbs, 10 ft

Tabata Handstand Push-up

Tabata Box Jump (24 In.)

The Tabata interval is 40 secs of work followed
by 20 secs of rest for 4 intervals.
Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
