EMOM 7:
Min 1: 7 Unbroken Hang Squat Cleans + 1 Jerk
Min 2: 6 Unbroken Hang Squat Cleans + 2 Unbroken Jerks
Min 3: 5 Unbroken Hang Squat Cleans + 3 Unbroken Jerks
Min 4: 4 Unbroken Hang Squat Cleans + 4 Unbroken Jerks
Min 5: 3 Unbroken Hang Squat Cleans + 5 Unbroken Jerks
Min 6: 2 Unbroken Hang Squat Cleans + 6 Unbroken Jerks
Min 7: 1 Hang Squat Clean + 7 Unbroken Jerks

WOD:

As many reps as possible in 3 min of:

2 RFT: Deadlifts and Ring Dips
2 rounds for time of:
10 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
10 Handstand Push Ups

If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 12.
If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 14.
If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 16.
Follow the same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds within 3 minutes.

Post your total reps completed.
