Warm Up:

Wendler Shoulder Press: Week 3
Shoulder Press 1×5 at 75% 1RM
Shoulder Press 1×3 at 85% 1RM
Shoulder Press 1×1+ at 95% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
15 Sit-ups
10 Box Jumps, 20 in
5 Burpees
