Find your Strict Press 1 Rep Max.

WOD:

For reps:
60 seconds of power snatch, 75/55 lb.
60 seconds of burpee over bar
45 seconds of power snatch, 75/55 lb.
45 seconds of burpee over bar
30 seconds of power snatch, 75/55 lb.
30 seconds of burpee over bar

After ever hop over bar alternate the direction you are facing.

This workout takes 4.5 minutes, with no rest between exercises.
