Warm Up:
Every 1 min for 8 mins do:
Muscle Snatch High Hang + Hang Muscle Snatch + Muscle Snatch, pick load


15-12-9-12-15 reps, for time of:
Overhead Squat, 95/65 lbs
Handstand Push-up

Cash Out:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:
3 Strict Pull-ups
5 Strict Ring Dips
10 Double Unders

All movements must be unbroken.
