Warm Up:

Wendler Bench Press: Week 4
Bench Press 1×5 at 40% 1RM
Bench Press 1×5 at 50% 1RM
Bench Press 1×5 at 60% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.

WOD:

For 5 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
20 Double Unders
10 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10 ft
5 Burpees

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP
