Warm Up:

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
5 Power Snatches, pick load
5 Strict Pull-ups

WOD:

5 rounds, each round for time, of:
10 Power Clean (Touch & Go)s, pick load
15 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
30 Lateral Bar Jumps

Rest 2 mins between each round.
